Paul’s final letter to Timothy turns urgent in chapter 3: the last days will bring a flood of religious-looking but godless behavior. The anchor Paul drives is Scripture itself - “All Scripture is God-breathed,” verse 16, is the Bible’s clearest declaration of its own divine authority.
