Tobiah

Tobiah was an Ammonite official who opposed Nehemiah's reconstruction of Jerusalem's walls, mocking the effort and later attempting to intimidate the builders. Though he posed as an ally through marriage ties to the priesthood, his resistance could not stop the wall's completion.
