Abarim

A mountain range east of the Jordan River where Moses climbed Mount Nebo to view the Promised Land before his death. The range stood near Moab as Israel completed the wilderness journey, and God directed Moses to ascend Abarim for his final vision. The name marks the threshold between wandering and inheritance.
